Delivery Time Estimate
To ensure timely delivery, we use air freight as the shipping method for every order.
For all orders, the delivery time shall be determined as the combination of the processing time required to prepare the goods and the shipping time needed to transport them to the destination.
Processing time:
- Normal Processing Time: 24 hours.
- Weekend Orders: 48 hours.
Shipping timelines
We offer delivery to the door. Depending on your location, the estimated shipping time before delivery will be about 3~15 days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Tracking
Once your purchase has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of US$99.00 or more are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Fee Calculation & Display: Shipping fees related to the order will be automatically calculated based on the product weight, delivery address, and selected shipping method. The calculation result will be clearly displayed when the customer completes the order information and enters the checkout process for confirmation.
Additional Information
- All shipping times do not include customs/duty delays.
- Some products that require custom engraving may require an additional 3-5 days for customization.
- Some items are shipped in multiple containers
- Certain items may require assembly
For Bulk Buyers
If after your order is placed, an item on your order is determined to be on backorder we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date.
Items that ship directly from the manufacturer are charged to your credit card when the order is placed. In some instances, these items may take up to 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
